Changeover headcount
Each date has two checks: Night → Day (morning) and Day → Night (evening). Any dip below contract headcount fails. v1: NCCK (NCCKD / NCCKN).

Status
Morning = Night → Day. Evening = Day → Night. From incoming shift start, required headcount is the incoming shift strength; outgoing officers must stay until it is met. Clocks are 24-hour adjusted time (MOD when present). Open a row to see the attendance table; issue officers are highlighted.
